What we do

Wildlife

We fund habitat creation projects such as the Butterfly (sensory) Garden, and install bird and bat boxes in the Wildlife Reserve

Events

We run regular bird and bat walks, as well as one-off special events

Brass on the grass

We organise a series of summer concerts. These free events are held near the Arts & Crafts Centre in the Arboretum.

Volunteering

Activities, gardening, events … there are so many ways you can help. We assist in the maintenance of many areas of the Park. Contact us if you’d like to get involved.

Community Projects

We bring together the community and outside organisations to enhance the landscape of the Park. Projects include the planting of native hedging and trees, and the creation of the Orchard.

Publications

In addition to our newsletters we publish books and leaflets about the Park.

Sport & Recreation

We support sport for all, we brought the first outdoor table tennis to Ipswich. The tables are available to everyone free of charge.
